MUHWA ships to laboratories, universities, and research institutions worldwide from our fulfillment center in Shanghai, China. We partner with SF Express, DHL, FedEx, and UPS to offer reliable delivery across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and beyond.

Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $199 USD.
- Orders under $199: flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Express and expedited rates are calculated at checkout. You will see the exact cost before payment.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UTC+8) on business days are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Custom or bulk orders may require an additional 1–3 business days for preparation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website or through our Order Status page.
International Shipping & Customs
- MUHWA ships to most countries worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs processing may add 2–5 business days to delivery times, depending on the destination country.
- For orders to the EU, VAT is collected at checkout where applicable under IOSS regulations.
- Certain laboratory products may require additional documentation for customs clearance. We provide all necessary paperwork with each shipment.
Packaging
All products are packed with protective materials suited to the item type — bubble wrap and foam inserts for glassware and precision instruments, sealed poly bags for plastic consumables, and corrugated boxes with cushioning for multi-item orders. Temperature-sensitive items are not currently supported for cold-chain shipping.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated transit time, shows no tracking updates for 5+ business days, or arrives damaged, please contact us at kataralee@muhwa-tech.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
